Perry Unwalla is a dedicated State Farm agent passionate about helping families and individuals protect what matters most. With degrees from Florida Atlantic University (BA) and California State University (MBA), Perry brings both education and real-world experience to every conversation—helping customers feel confident about life’s next steps, from preparing for the unexpected to choosing the right coverage.

Perry is also deeply involved in the St. Augustine community. As a member of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce since 1998, he has supported residents and local businesses for decades, including helping people relocate to the area. He and his team proudly serve customers across the region, assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers.

When Perry isn’t working, he enjoys spending time traveling with his family. Above all, Perry Unwalla State Farm is committed to earning confidence, providing clear guidance, and being there when customers need support—so they can move forward with ease.

As summer winds down, fall brings a welcome shift in pace and focus across our area. Between bustling school drop-off lines, fall sports, and cooler weather travel, there’s no shortage of activity across town. Autumn is also a popular period for major life steps, including buying a house, moving closer to campus or work, purchasing a car, welcoming a new family member, or launching a local business. These developments often prompt thoughtful conversations surrounding home insurance, renters' insurance, auto insurance, car insurance, and life insurance as needs evolve.

The greatest part of my role is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the people who make this community such a wonderful place to live. I enjoy getting to know local families, supporting community events, connecting with fellow small business owners, and welcoming newcomers to the area. Every conversation is an opportunity to learn more about the people who live here, and I’m grateful to be part of so many important milestones throughout the year.
